In a determined crackdown on counterfeit electrical goods, Vizianagaram police arrested an individual engaged in the illegal sale of fake GoldMedal Electricals products. The arrest took place on Thursday, January 9th, 2025, following a formal complaint filed by the IPINDS Team, an organization dedicated to intellectual property rights enforcement.

The accused, Ganesh Kumar, a resident of Chinna Veedhi, was taken into custody after authorities discovered a substantial quantity of counterfeit electrical goods bearing the GoldMedal brand.
The operation was conducted under the leadership of Senior Police Inspector Mr. Sanaboina Srinivas, who coordinated the raid and arrest based on detailed intelligence provided by the IPINDS team.
